How To Buy

We do things differently here at autoinfusion; openly and honestly. We have so much confidence in our stock that we sell it regularly without any physical customer contact. We have 2 purchasing methods. You can use the internet or use the showroom in a total pressure free environment guaranteed. It is company policy NO HARD SELLING, NO HARASSMENT, just a pleasant experience.

Pre Sales Enquiries

We have the vehicle you want on our stock list and you want to buy it. You have seen all the pictures, service history, condition report and have contacted our team who have given you any further additional information that you require. You may want a member of our team to do another physical appraisal on the car for your peace of mind. You do not want to make 2 trips, firstly to view the vehicle then come back later to collect it. This could be because the vehicle requires a new MOT and you have requested us to install blue tooth and privacy glass which all has to be booked in.

Order

We have agreed a price for the car, any additional work that is to be carried out.  We would also discuss finance, insurance or any other dealer added services if required such as privacy glass or body protection, etc

We will then take a deposit of at least 10% of the invoice value. A detailed order will be emailed to you. The vehicle will be then pulled out of sale and prepared as per your order.

Delivery/ Collection

When the vehicle is ready, we arrange a collection time and you can come and examine the car and pay the balance payment or complete the finance application. Alternatively if the vehicle is to be delivered then you must pay the remainder balance of the car with the delivery charge and the vehicle will be transported to the designated address.

For security reasons if the vehicle is being delivered only 10% of the invoice can be paid over the phone. The remainder must be made by online banking.

Handover

Whether the vehicle is being collected or delivered a detailed handover process will be carried out to ensure that you are fully comfortable with the car.

The 5 steps outlined below will give you an idea of what to expect from an initial visit to collection:

Arrival

There are parking bays designated for customers only. Reception is located in the main building. Come and help yourself to cup of coffee or tea and wind down from your journey. Relax for a while if you have to, watch tv or just let the kids play in the lounge. You will be introduced by one our team who will assist you on the location of your desired vehicle, or simply just browse the various showrooms at your own leisure. Our team will not approach you when your viewing, we want you to take your time and be totally relaxed, they will only approach you when you ask them.

Browse the cars that are of interest

Select the cars you wish. All cars are unlocked for your convenience and view as many as you like at your own leisure. There is a fact sheet on each vehicle located in the rear windows of the cars. This will give you all the useful information about the vehicle such as mileage, fuel type and specifications.

Found your chosen car & Test Drive

Once you have located the car(s) that are of interest to you, then one of our team will help you with any further information you have on the vehicle. You may want to view the car documents or have any other specific enquiries. You may have a part exchange that needs a valuation. You may also want to also discuss various funding options on the car. Once you are fully satisfied with the vehicle you may want to take the car for a test drive.

Order

Only when you are totally satisfied with the vehicle and our service, we have dealt with all your enquiries on the vehicle, you have now had a test drive and are happy to proceed with purchase. We will then take an order of you for the vehicle. Discuss finance and insurance if required. We will also introduce you to any other dealer added services that may be of interest to you such as  privacy glass, paint protection etc. We do not hard sell anything, if you want it fine if not we will swiftly move on to completing the order.

Collection

Once the vehicle is ready for collection we will complete all the remaining paper work such as completing the log book and giving you all the vehicle documentation. If there is any outstanding balance this will be paid then. Once the paper work is complete we will do a detailed handover of the car so that you are totally comfortable with its controls and features before you drive away. If you have not arranged your own insurance we can normally offer you  our Driveaway comprehensive insurance(subject to availability & status)
