Quality Control

To ensure that we purchase vehicles that comply with our criteria we have quality control measures in place.

Vehicle In

Firstly when the vehicle arrives on site it may have already been road tested for at least 100 miles. The driver would give us a report of this. Secondly all the documents are examined and then finally all it is fully appraised. These details are contained in the VEHICLE IN form.

Vehicle Out

Secondly when a customer buys a car, everything that is agreed to be done will be copied onto a VEHICLE OUT form.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

Once we receive a signed order from the customer and the sales staff have completed a vehicle out form. This information is then sent to the workshop who re-examine the car, check for any faults, carry out any necessary work and have to complete a Pre-Delivery Inspection form.

Hand Over

Once the vehicle is fully prepared we have a detailed hand over procedure with the customer. The customer checks that all the work we carried out has been done and our hand over specialist goes through the whole vehicle. When the customer is totally satisfied then they sign the hand over form.

We have been implemented these processes for over a decade and they are constantly monitored and reviewed where necessary.

ISO 9001:2000

Our commitment to quality has been reinforced by our decision to work to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. We have not registered for this certification but we have completed all the courses and are implementing all the procedures. Click here to view our quality control process.
