If we misrepresent you in any way in terms of vehicle, make, model, derivative, condition, mileage, colour we will totally refund your deposit. In over 10 years we have had only one cancelled order in used car sourcing and that is a fact!!

For example you ordered a BMW 530D M Sport Auto in carbon black with beige dakota leather, media pack and visibility pack. When the vehicle arrived with us it was a BMW 525D M Sport with all these extras, then we have misrepresented you and your deposit will be refunded. Or we stated the vehicle had 40K miles but it actually had 56K miles.
