Fantastic buying experience
We viewed a beautiful car with Auto Infusion Ltd. They kept in touch with us about it throughout our consideration of the purchase and answered any questions we had, yet they didn't put pressure on us and let us have time to view and consider the car a couple of times during the week. Each time the staff were really friendly and approachable, and remembered us which was nice as well. It was an altogether relaxing and positive experience and we were even offered drinks, which was a nice thing to make you feel at ease while considering. We have now bought the car we first saw and the process from start to end has been lovely! We would highly recommend looking for cars with this company. I must say also that all of their other cars were also in really nice condition, immaculate and cleaned and looked after. It's a lovely showroom with lovely staff!I

Great...I went to buy a car from another company..didn't ''Feel it'' so left..drove from Cardiff to Bristol to see this particular Mercedes . Straight away I felt relaxed and started talking about ''stuff'' non car related. They brought the car to me..very honest appraisal of the car..they brought my tea out to me and BOOM !! I bought the car there and then...my wife was with me and would've made it very clear if not happy ¿ I stayed with shafiq for quite a while after and they stayed open for me to sort tax and insurance etc..I must add I had viewed a few of this particular car and it was not about money..it was like I said a ''FEEL'' own a company in retail and was very impressed...will go back again and I am very difficult to trade with.
