I purchased a Polestar 2 from Auto Infusion just over two weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the service I received.

I'd been searching for the right Polestar 2 for months, and as soon as I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted. My only concern was that the dealership was over 200 miles away, so buying without seeing the car in person felt like a big decision.

After speaking with Shafeeq over several days, I knew I was in safe hands. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer my endless questions with honest and detailed responses. I never felt pressured and had confidence that I was making the right decision. He also sent me additional photographs and arranged a FaceTime call so I could inspect the car in detail before committing.

When the car arrived, it exceeded my expectations. Auto Infusion had clearly taken great pride in preparing it, it had been professionally detailed, polished, and any minor imperfections had been carefully touched up. It genuinely looked fantastic.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Auto Infusion again. Bought my BMW 330e from here and so far it has been a joy to own. The guys were friendly and couldn't do enough on the day I collected the car, making sure it was in the best condition, cleaned and polished.

I'm really glad to have bought my Polestar 2 from them. They are family run and they run an honest business. No high pressure upselling, none of that warranty shenanigans, all customer led interaction and they're there to help you. What a breath of fresh air!

The Polestar 2 I bought was prepared to a very high standard, they went out of the way to make sure I have everything needed to get started with the car, including all of the physical keys, and gave me a full charge on the car so I could drive away.

I drove 2 hours to get there, and I would happily do that again for this level of service. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Electric Mini Cooper
It was my first time purchasing a car online at a distance. Shafeek from Auto Infusion was prompt to respond to my queries and willing to answer my questions. I was able go see a video online of the car's interior and exterior and Shafeek even WhatsApped me on a video call, so I could see the electric car in the garage, there and then, showing me where the Prep work goes on too, which was reassuring. It was an AA approved car. I would definitely recommend Auto Infusion. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect service from Auto Infusion
Gave me very good advice on selling my old car to get the best price, and securing my new car with them with a deposit. I live 80 miles away so I did not want to make multiple trips, so they prepped the car ready to drive away if I bought it on the day I visited. The car was as expected and presented to a high standard, the guys who work there were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. They even picked me up from the train station. 100/100

I saw a car from Auto Infusion on the Autotrader website on Saturday, turned up without an appointment Sunday morning, and was driving it home well before lunch. A great, clean, well-presented car at a reasonable price, and a ralaxed but well-informed sales process. Couldn't be happier with the car and Auto Infusion made the >2hr round trip absolutely worth it.
