Honest family business, a dealer that I feel trustworthy
I'm really glad to have bought my Polestar 2 from them. They are family run and they run an honest business. No high pressure upselling, none of that warranty shenanigans, all customer led interaction and they're there to help you. What a breath of fresh air!

The Polestar 2 I bought was prepared to a very high standard, they went out of the way to make sure I have everything needed to get started with the car, including all of the physical keys, and gave me a full charge on the car so I could drive away.

I drove 2 hours to get there, and I would happily do that again for this level of service. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Electric Mini Cooper
It was my first time purchasing a car online at a distance. Shafeek from Auto Infusion was prompt to respond to my queries and willing to answer my questions. I was able go see a video online of the car's interior and exterior and Shafeek even WhatsApped me on a video call, so I could see the electric car in the garage, there and then, showing me where the Prep work goes on too, which was reassuring. It was an AA approved car. I would definitely recommend Auto Infusion. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect service from Auto Infusion
Gave me very good advice on selling my old car to get the best price, and securing my new car with them with a deposit. I live 80 miles away so I did not want to make multiple trips, so they prepped the car ready to drive away if I bought it on the day I visited. The car was as expected and presented to a high standard, the guys who work there were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. They even picked me up from the train station. 100/100

I bought a beautiful car from them and they were and still are the nicest car dealers I have ever seen till date. Shafiq who I was dealing with was like a brother to me and very professional. I had few unknown issues with my car days after and when I contacted them, they never hesitated, I took it to the main car dealers and Auto Infusion Ltd took care of everything without blinking. They are the most welcoming and reliable company and I am definitely going to keep dealing with them. I'm proud of their services. I saw a car from Auto Infusion on the Autotrader website on Saturday, turned up without an appointment Sunday morning, and was driving it home well before lunch. A great, clean, well-presented car at a reasonable price, and a ralaxed but well-informed sales process. I found Auto fusion to be extremely professional and trustworthy
Shafeeq and the team at Auto infusion were brilliant from the offset. I had a particular set of needs regarding the delivery of the vehicle I wanted, and I must have tried 10 other dealerships across the country, to no avail. If anything most proved to be rather unhelpful (I never knew it was so difficult to part with a substantial amount of money for a used car!)
Instantly upon speaking to Auto Infusion, it just felt good, positive. They were very accommodating of my needs and went out of their way to make everything work. Friendly and reliable team, the vehicle was perfect, just as described, everything was truly taken care of.
I personally am always slightly apprehensive when buying a used vehicle. Based on my experience, I would say Auto Infusion can be trusted implicitly.

I recently purchased a car from AutoInfusion and had a great experience from start to finish. The team were professional, efficient, helpful, and respectful throughout the entire process. Everything was straightforward and clearly explained, which made the purchase smooth and stress-free.

They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before I collected the car. The vehicle had been fully serviced and MOT'd, and when I arrived to pick it up it was immaculate inside and out. It was clear they take pride in the cars they sell and the service they provide.

Amazing experience
My partner and I have just bought a lovely car from Auto Infusion, from the first day we went there all the staff at auto infusion were so helpful and kind throughout the process. The process of the same was made simple and easy. We also part exchanged our current vehicle which was also made a super easy process and they offered us exactly what the car came up on the system as being worth.
